Executive Backyard Transformation

When these Pickering homeowners called us, their backyard was exactly what comes standard in new executive subdivisions: flat sod, a basic concrete pad, and nothing that reflected the quality of the home itself or how the family actually wanted to live outdoors.

We started with what matters most but gets skipped most often: proper grading and drainage assessment. The lot had subtle pitch issues that would have caused water pooling against the foundation over time, invisible until it causes problems. We corrected the grade first, then built up from there.
